How do I track my package?

Click on the "TRACK MY ORDER" tab and enter your order number and the email address you provided when ordering. You will see if the order status is in "processed" or "unprocessed" mode.

My package is marked delivered, but I have not received anything

Once your order is sent by us, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Unfortunately it may happen that your package is stolen or lost. We are very sorry for this problem beyond our control!

I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Once your order has been placed, you will no longer be able to change your address. However, if you notice this just after your order, you can contact us at contact@eynaaparis.fr. Nous we will do our best to make this change but it will depend on the stage of processing your order. We cannot provide you with any guarantee. We will under no circumstances be able to refund you or resend you a new order if you have sent the wrong address.

I have not received the order confirmation

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your various email boxes, spam and your jumbled mail. A confirmation email is sent for each order.

Item out of stock, what to do?

If a product is out of stock, you can enter your email address and telephone number in the space provided on the item sheet, in order to be informed when it is back!

How do I know if my payment is secure?

When you purchase online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, CB, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, GiroPay,..). However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.

I would like to cancel my order, is this possible?

Yes, you have 24 hours from the moment your order was placed. Simply send us an email and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, just contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 15 days from receipt of your item. Simply send the item back to us and we will refund you 100%. Return costs are your responsibility.

We will not take back items if they are: (Damaged / Washed / Worn / Labels torn off)
